An operating system for regulated manufacturing environments.

SolvixLMS is the first company built with the Cyphaira method. It is in alpha testing and is not commercially available. Alpha testing began June 15, 2026 at a facility operated by Southbound Sunshine, LLC, [an affiliate of the Company]. SolvixLMS has generated no revenue.

Regulated manufacturing runs on records that live in different systems: production runs, compliance state, process lineage, cost, yield, equipment, customers. SolvixLMS is designed to hold all of it in one connected operating system. What happened, how it happened, who acted, what went in and what came out are designed to be recorded as they occur. The Company intends that record to be the basis for future decision-intelligence features, which have not been built.

Most tools track products. SolvixLMS is built around the process.

The Company makes no representation that SolvixLMS satisfies any federal or state recordkeeping, reporting, or compliance requirement. SolvixLMS does not currently incorporate artificial intelligence or machine learning; any such capability is a development goal.
